I hereby give my consent to the BMW M GmbH Gesellschaft für Individuel Automobile (“BMW”) and grant BMW the right – which can be sublicensed to third parties – to have all photos that I have uploaded via the portal of the BMW M Sports Trophy Community (“photographs”), in modified or unmodified form, free of charge and without any time and space limit in all media. may be used, published and reproduced for internal and external communication and press work as well as advertising purposes. This consent and grant of rights extends in particular to the free use of the recordings in e. g. event reports, newsletters or the Sports Trophy award ceremony. I waive any naming, but I also agree to my name or another name being mentioned in connection with the recordings.

There is no legal right to use or publish the made available recordings. With the submission, I confirm that I have the corresponding rights to publish the recordings.

As a user, I am responsible for the content of the recordings. It is therefore my responsibility to ensure that the content is legal, and above all does not violate laws or infringe the rights of third parties. If the recordings also show third parties (e. g. other drivers or teams), I have the corresponding consent of those third parties. Insofar as I mark other BMW M Sports Trophy participants in the recordings via the separate function of the portal, I will also obtain the corresponding consent.

BMW reserves the right to remove any recordings or individual content at its sole discretion without prior notice, in particular if and insofar as they violate statutory regulations, morality or rights of third parties.
